Liverpool considering late swoop for Wilfred Ndidi

Premier League side, Liverpool are eyeing a late swoop for Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, according to reports.

Ndidi suffered relegation from the Premier League last season with Leicester after spending six and a years in the Premier League.

The Nigerian has began life in the Championships with the Foxes and has even scored twice in two EFL (Carabao) Cup appearances albeit Leicester City are ‘willing’ to cash in on the 26 year old.

According to the Independent, Ndidi ‘may be considered’ by Liverpool as a fourth midfield signing of the summer. After all, they have learned that Leicester are ‘willing’ to cash in on the Nigeria international.

Ndidi has made 243 appearances for Leicester City and has scored 13 times with seven of the goals coming in 192 games in the Premier League.
