Osimhen still not keen on Chelsea move, could wait for PSG

Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg says Victor Osimhen’s desired destination is Paris and the Nigerian still wants to join Paris Saint-Germain until Deadline Day.
Reports in the last 24 hours point to Napoli and Chelsea nearing an agreement on a swap deal with Chelsea offering Romelu Lukaku with cash for Osimhen.
Former Nigeria captain and Chelsea legend, Mikel Obi also revealed he and Didier Drogba, another Chelsea legend have been talking to the Napoli forward to come to the Premier League and to Chelsea.
But Plettenberg says the Nigerian is not currently pushing for a move to the Premier League. His preference is Paris but Paris Saint-Germain can’t proceed as Kolo Muani/Ramos are under contract.
The Nigerian, according to other sources, wants to play Champions League football which Chelsea cannot offer as the west London side will be playing in the UEFA Europa Conference League this season after finishing out of the top four in the Premier League last season.
This contradicts report in some French sports news outlet quoting transfer expert and journalist, Fabrizio Romano that the Ligue 1 billionaires have exited the race for the Nigerian.
Paris Saint-Germain have come closest to a move for the striker so far but were not prepared to pay the €100m plus add-ons asking price.
Osimhen is also not prepared to accept a pay cut on the €10m per season he earns at Napoli.
