Liverpool 1-0 Brentford: Onyeka finally loses against Reds

Frank Onyeka has finally lost to Liverpool after his Brentford side were beaten 1-0 at Anfield in a Premier League matchweek 35 game on Saturday.

The Nigerian, who made his sixth start in 18 Premier League games for the Bees this term has not lost in three games against Liverpool.

It was also his fourth start in four games against the Reds.

Onyeka drew his only Premier League game so far against Liverpool prior to Saturday’s game and has won once and drew the other in the UEFA Champions League
while with Danish top division side, FC Midtjylland of Denmark.

All that however changed as the 25 year old was unable to halt Liverpool’s relentless march to Europe.

Jurgen Klopp’s men have now won their sixth successive Premier League game courtesy a Mo Salahs first-half goal.
