Ginola wants PSG to sign Osimhen as Mbappe replacement

Former PSG player, David Ginola says Victor Osimhen will be the perfect replacment for Kylian Mbappe who has informed of his desire to leave the club this summer.

Ginola, who netted 44 goals in 158 appearances for PSG says the Nigerian could be the ideal solution to the departing Mbappe who has scored 250 goals in 297 games for PSG across all competitions.

‘Osimhen would be a good choice. He is a player that isn’t set up in the same way at all [compared to Mbappé]. He is more athletic, he has pace but less than Mbappé.

‘He is the best Nigerian forward. With PSG looking for an Mbappé replacement, I think he could be the ideal solution,’ Ginola, who also played for Tottenham Hotspur told Canal Plus Sport.

Osimhen reportedly has a €110m release clause which Les Parisiens could be tempted to activate in the wake of Mbappé’s departure announcement.
