Bay FC Vs Portland Thorns FC: Asisat Oshoala targets first goal at home
Asisat Oshoala will be seeking to score her first goal at home when her club, Bay FC host Portland Thorns FC at PayPal Park in San Jose, USA early Thursday morning.
The Nigerian scored her second goal of the season in her club’s 2-1 loss on the road to San Diego Wave FC at Snapdragon Stadium in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
The former Barcelona Femeni player has scored both of her goals in road matches and have come against the other two California teams.
Oshoala has thus joined Kayla Sharples as one of two players for Bay FC with multiple goals this season.
The Nigerian will be seeking to add that her haul in her first season in the NWSL and first in front of her home fans.
