Serie A side, Cagliari interested in Cyriel Dessers

Tuttomercato says Italian Serie A side, Cagliari have enquired about the possible sale of Rangers and Nigeria forward, Cyriel Dessers.

The newspapers also revealed the Serie A club has been quoted a price of €5million.

Dessers, 29, joined Glasgow Rangers in July last year and the deal will expire in May 2027 but it seems the club wants to sell a player that scored 22 times and provided nine assists in 54 appearances for the club in his first year.

The Nigerian is not new to Italian football as he played for US Cremonese in the 2022/23 season before switching to Glasgow Rangers. He featured 29 times for the Serie A side and scored nine goals with two assists.
