Fake News!: Osimhen’s agent trashes talk of a swap deal with Chelsea

Roberto Calenda, agent of Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen has rubbished the the possibility of a swap deal with Chelsea involving Victor Osimhen and Romelu Lukaku.

There was talk, first, of a possible sale to PSG, then the Saudi Arabia option and, finally, in recent days, the hypothesis of an exchange with Chelsea has appeared, with Romelu Lukaku – considered Antonio Conte’s favorite – who would be part of this operation.

Calenda however took his X page, the debunk the rumour.

“I read of imaginative exchanges with Victor sent here and there as if it were a package to be delivered quickly. This package, however, is the top scorer of the third Scudetto in the history of Napoli. Respect and stop with fake news!!!”, writes the agent of the Nigerian in the tweet on X.

Meanwhile, Osimhen will not play against French Brest in Castel di Sangro, Napoli’s fourth pre-season friendly.

On Monday, the Nigerian carried out only a first part of Napoli’s training and then returned to the locker room as the club wants to preserve him from any injuries that could occur and consequently slow down negotiations for his sale.
