De Laurentiis not interested in Man United offer of Zirkzee plus 30m euros for Osimhen
Luca Marchetti, a journalist with Sky Sport has told Radio Marte that Napoli will not accept Joshua Zirkzee in exchange for Victor Osimhen.
Reports in the international media say Manchester United are keen on signing the Nigerian and have proposed a swap deal with Napoli plus cash.
The Premier League side are said to be offering Napoli 30 million euros plus Zirkzee for the Napoli forward who is playing on loan at Turkish Super Lig side, Galatasaray.
Osimhen has a 75m euros release clause in the summer of 2025 but could leave in the winter transfer window for 81m euros.
Marchetti says Napoli president, Aurelio De Laurentiis will not accept a swap deal and wants to earn as much as possible from the sale of the Nigerian.
‘Osimhen-Zirkzee exchange? Napoli wants to capitalize on the sale of the Nigerian to the maximum,’ said Marchetti.
Osimhen has scored eight goals in nine games for Galatasaray after joining on loan from Napoli last September.
He scored 76 goals in 133 appearances for Napoli after joining in 2020 from Ligue 1 side, Lille.
