Osimhen injured, may be out for at least two weeks
Galatasaray have announced that Victor Osimhen was injured in the club’s 3-2 defeat of Sivasspor with the Nigerian diagnosed with a moderate strain and bleeding in the right posterior upper muscle group
‘In the MRI examinations performed at our sponsor hospital Medicana, moderate strain and bleeding were detected in the right posterior upper muscle group of Victor Osimhen, who felt pain in his right posterior upper muscle during the Net Global Sivasspor match in the 15th week of the Trendyol Super Lig, and the treatment of our player was started,’ said the Yellow and Red in a statement on Monday.
The club also says ‘no time has been given by our club and medical team regarding the return time of Osimhen to the field, and we will act according to the clinical courses within the busy match calendar.’
Osimhen will not be able to play for about two weeks in the first instance.
