Osimhen, Lookman and Boniface in top 10 Most Valuable Africans in 2024

Three Nigerian footballers make the top 10 of the Most Valuable African Players in 2024 following Transfermarkt’s update of the Turkish Super Lig transfer market.

Victor Osimhen’s market value remains unchanged at €75.00m which still makes him the Most Valuable Player in Africa ahead of Morocco and PSG right back, Achraf Hakimi who is valued at €60.00m and Egyptian forward, Omar Marmoush of German Bundesliga side, Eintracht Frankfurt who is also valued at €60.00m.

Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman is valued joint third at €55.00m Liverpool and Egypy forward, Mohamed Salah and Chelsea and Senegal centre forward, Nicolas Jackson.

Bayer Leverkusen Nigeria forward, Victor Boniface is number eight with his €45.00m behind the duo of Mohammed Kudus of West Ham and Ghana as well as Cameroon’s Brentford forward/ right winger, Bryan Mbeumo who are both valued at €50.00m.

While Osimhen is also the Most Valuable striker, Hakimi tops the list as the most valuable defender.

The Most Valuable midfielder in Africa is Pape Matar Sarr of Senegal and Tottenham Hotspur who is valued at €45.00m.

Cameroon and Manchester United goalkeeper, Andre Onana is the Most Valuable Goalkeeper with his €35.00m valuation ahead of Nigeria and Udinese shot stopper, Maduka Okoye who is valued at €7.5m
