NPFL: Lobi Stars proceed on break as the second half beckons

Lobi Stars Football Club have declared a one-week break from December 30 to January 5, 2025.

This strategic pause, according to the club in a media statement, is to allow players and officials to rejuvenate, refocus, and gear up for the challenges ahead.

Dr. Philip Nongu, the club’s chairman, expressed confidence in the team’s readiness to shine in the second half of the season.

‘Our players will return with renewed energy and determination to improve on the league table and make our supporters proud,’ he assured.

As Lobi Stars prepare for a spectacular comeback, the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has also embarked on a mid-season break, resuming action on January 25, 2025.
