Nigeria National League Reschedules 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Nigeria National League (NNL) has officially announced a change in the date for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), now set to take place on Saturday, 13th September 2025 in Kaduna State.
This adjustment moves the meeting from its previously scheduled date of Wednesday, 10th September 2025, due to logistical considerations.
In a formal communication addressed to participating clubs and State Football Associations, NNL Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Danlami Alanana, conveyed the update on behalf of the Chairman, Board Members, Management, and Staff of the League. Referencing an earlier notice dated August 14, 2025, Alanana stated:
‘Due to some logistical considerations, a slight adjustment for the 16th edition of the Nigeria National League Annual General Meeting has been made.’
The revised schedule sets the arrival date for delegates on Friday, 12th September, with the AGM commencing at 10:00 AM on Saturday, 13th September. The NNL has extended its apologies for any inconvenience the change may cause to stakeholders and participating teams.
Sources close to the League have indicated that a major sponsorship agreement may be unveiled during the AGM, signaling a significant development in the League’s commercial and strategic direction.
