Iwobi Starts for Fulham, Bassey and Chukwueze on Bench Vs Brighton

Alex Iwobi has been named in Fulham’s starting lineup for their Premier League clash against Brighton at Craven Cottage on Saturday evening, while compatriots Calvin Bassey and Samuel Chukwueze will begin on the bench.

Iwobi continues to be a mainstay for the Cottagers, making his 17th start in 17 league games this season.

Since his Premier League debut in 2015, the former Arsenal midfielder has racked up 308 appearances, with this fixture marking his 245th start.

It also represents his 85th Premier League appearance in Fulham colours.

Bassey, meanwhile, finds himself among the substitutes for only the second time this season, while Chukwueze, on loan from AC Milan, has struggled to secure regular starts, featuring from the beginning in just three of his nine league appearances so far.
