NYSC Orientation Camp in Kubwa to Serve as Games Village for 3rd National Para Games
The National Youth Service Corps has partnered with the National Sports Commission to provide its Orientation Camp in Kubwa, Abuja, as the official Games Village for the upcoming 3rd National Para Games.
The facility will house athletes and officials throughout the nine-day event, ensuring a secure and community-focused environment for Nigeria’s largest para sports competition.
Scheduled to run from March 26 to April 3, 2026, the Games will bring together more than 3,000 athletes from all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, competing across 15 sports.
The event has grown into a defining fixture on Nigeria’s sporting calendar, celebrating resilience, excellence, and inclusion while serving as a platform for talent discovery and national unity.
This year’s edition promises to surpass previous outings in scale and intensity, with participation from every state highlighting the depth of talent across the country. It also provides a pathway for athletes to progress to continental and global competitions.
