Iwobi: Fulham Boss Silva Supports My Social Media Life

Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi has revealed that his manager at Fulham, Marco Silva, has no issues with his social media activities as long as he delivers on the pitch.

Iwobi, who is known not only for his football but also for his ventures in charity, fashion, and music, explained that Silva appreciates the positivity of his online presence.

Speaking in an interview with Brila FM, Iwobi said: ‘Marco Silva does not mind what I do on social media as long as it is positive and even my Nigerian manager likes to get involved, he wants it to be recorded. So I’ve never had an issue with the manager as long as I’m performing on the pitch.’

The former Arsenal star has embraced his Nigerian roots by sharing raw content about local dishes and often joking around with his compatriot and Fulham teammate Calvin Bassey, with whom he has built a close relationship.

Beyond football, Iwobi has already released two singles in the United Kingdom and has spoken passionately about pursuing entertainment when his playing career ends.

On the pitch, Iwobi has been a key figure for Fulham this season, scoring four goals and providing three assists in 27 appearances, proving that his off-field activities have not distracted from his performances.
