Noah Lyles Finishes Second in Paris, Reflects on Busy Season

American sprint star Noah Lyles finished second in the men’s 100m at the Paris Diamond League, clocking 9.92 seconds behind compatriot Trayvon Bromell.

Speaking after the race, Lyles reflected on a demanding schedule that has kept him on the track throughout June.

‘It’s been running, running, running, training and running. It’s been a lot of fun, but I think the first half of my European tour is done here. I am going to get back to the U.S. and just do other stuff,’ he said.

Beyond his performances on the track, Lyles also highlighted his creative role in shaping the entertainment side of athletics.

He has been involved in behind-the-scenes production at several meets, including the New Balance Grand Prix Indoor for the past three years.

‘After three years, I’d say I have enough confidence to know how to give the show a new life. We would get a fresh start, but also push the boundaries a bit. Even if we don’t get it perfect, I would say that it gives us a good start,’ Lyles explained.
