Alozie, who won Olympic, World Outdoor and World Indoor silver medals for Nigeria, later switched allegiance to Spain and went on to achieve further success representing the European nation. Her major accomplishments for Spain include two silver medals at the World Indoor Championships and a European Championship gold medal in 2002.
