The battle for points continues in the Nigeria Premier Football League on Sunday, with struggling Enyimba facing another stern test against unbeaten Kano Pillars in Kano.

Newly promoted Kun Khalifat will continue their search for a first top-flight victory when they host Kwara United in Owerri.

The Owerri-based side have collected only two points from their opening four matches and currently sit 19th. Kwara United, who are also searching for a positive result, will be hoping to make the trip count.

Nasarawa United and Niger Tornadoes will meet in an all-Northern encounter in Lafia, with both sides looking to revive their respective campaigns.

Nasarawa have managed just one victory so far and are seeking their first win in four matches, while Tornadoes have also won only once and are without a victory in their last four games.

Abia Warriors will host Bendel Insurance in Umuahia, with the hosts seeking their second win of the season.

Abia Warriors’ only victory came on matchday four against Sporting Lagos, while Insurance have suffered both of their defeats on the road, against Nasarawa United and Ranchers Bees. The Benin Arsenal will therefore be looking to avoid another setback away from home.

Katsina United will welcome Doma United in another fixture involving two sides looking to rediscover their best form.
