Annabelle Fasuba moves up to eighth in UK all-time list for under-15 girls

According to the Plymouth Sports Gazette, Annabelle Fasuba’s sensational lifetime best-setting 7.53 run which clinched for her the under-15 girls’ 60m title at the England Championships at the weekend in Sheffield is not only the fastest by a 13-year-old in the United Kingdom, but it also moved her up to eighth in the UK all-time list for under-15 girls.

Annabelle, the daughter of Nigeria’s 100m record holder (9.85) and 2008 World Indoor Championships 60m champion, won the English Schools’ 100m title last summer.

According to the newspaper, Annabelle Fasuba’s performance and time show she is on the path to achieve great things like her father.

She has run faster than Olympic stars Dina Asher-Smith and Desiree Henry ran when they were at under-17 level.
