Besiktas president makes move for Onuachu, approaches Southampton
According to Turkish sports new outlet, Fanatik, new Besiktas club president Serdal Adalı is keen to bring Paul Onuachu back to Turkey.
Fanatik also revealed Adali has been in contact with Southampton, who remain who are determined to sell the Nigerian for €13m.
Southampton signed Paul Onuachu in 2023 and the Nigerian is yet to score in 20 Premier League appearances.
The 30 year old impressed during his spell at Trabzonspor on loan as he scored 15 goals in 21 appearances in the Turkish Super Lig.
The Nigerian has started Southampton’s last two Premier League matches under the new manager Ivan Juric who seems to be in the Nigerian and he may play a role in whether Onuachu will leave in January if the right money is offered or not.
