Breaking: Olumide Bamiduro is new director of FEAD!

Olumide Bamiduro has been named the new director of Federation of Elite Athletes Department, FEAD, at the Federal Ministry of Sports Development following the removal of Amaka Ashiofu by the Head of Service. Ashiofu had reportedly been wrongfully appointed to succeed, in acting capacity, the retiring Simon Ebojdjaye in August last year. Bamiduro, one of the best Secretary Generals the Athletics Federation of Nigeria, AFN, has ever had will now head a department many consider as the engine room of the Federal Ministry of Sports Development.
