Chinonso Chibueze leaves Chelsea for Stoke City

Chelsea have announced that Nigeria eligible right winger, Chinonso Chibueze has left the club and completed a move to Championship club Stoke City.

The Nigeria-born player signed with the Blues as an Under-10 from Fulham and moved through the age groups at Cobham and made his Under-18s debut during the 2021/22 season.

Further appearances for the Under-18s came during the 2022/23 campaign and last season, one of which was a two-goal outing in a 9-1 victory over West Bromwich Albion.

Chinonso is the brother of Sunderland U21 player, Kelechi Chibueze.
