Galatasaray to meet Napoli’s demands in Osimhen deal with new payment plan

Victor Osimhen’s long-awaited permanent move to Galatasaray is edging closer to reality, with the Turkish champions set to submit a new offer that satisfies Napoli’s financial conditions.

According to Football Italia, Galatasaray will present a formal proposal that includes the full €75 million transfer fee, backed by solid financial guarantees and a payment schedule that ensures the entire amount will be paid by July 2026.

Crucially, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is expected to receive €50 million upfront, with the remaining balance paid in structured instalments.

Although Osimhen’s release clause has technically expired, Napoli remains firm on the €75m valuation and has refused to negotiate below that figure.

Previous offers from Galatasaray were rejected due to concerns over the timing and structure of payments.

The renewed offer follows intense negotiations between the two clubs, including a direct call in which Galatasaray confirmed its intent to meet all of Napoli’s demands.

The move would mark a major milestone for Osimhen, who spent last season on loan in Istanbul and has made clear his desire to remain with the Turkish giants.

With the financial framework now aligning, Osimhen’s permanent switch to Galatasaray could be finalized within days—bringing an end to one of the summer’s most dramatic transfer sagas.
