GOtv Boxing Night 34 Jam Festival Set for Boxing Day Thrills in Lagos

The GOtv Boxing Night 34 Jam Festival is set to light up Lagos on Friday at Tafawa Balewa Square, promising a Boxing Day spectacle that blends sport and entertainment.

Six professional bouts headline the card, with the national super bantamweight title clash between Sodiq ‘Happy Boy’ Adeleke and defending champion Durotimi ‘Tiny’ Agboola expected to be the defining contest of the evening.

Adeleke will be chasing his first national crown, while Agboola looks to hold onto his belt.

Adding to the drama is an international catchweight bout between Nigeria’s Rasheed ‘ID Buster’ Idowu and Ghana’s Nii Offei Dodoo, reigniting the fierce West African rivalry.

The undercard features Segun ‘Odi’ Gbobaniyi against Tobiloba ‘Smiling Assassin’ Ijomoni in the lightweight division, Sodiq ‘Smart Lion’ Suleiman versus Emmanuel ‘Ability’ Abimbola in a light welterweight clash, Ezekiel ‘Touch’ Seun against Toheeb ‘Full Tank’ Hassan in the super bantamweight category, and Sadam ‘Baby Boxer’ Oladipupo taking on Imole ‘System’ Oloyede.

Beyond the ring, the Jam Festival edition will showcase live music and comedy, with performances from rising stars Shoday and Mavo, alongside comedy act Triclowns.

The event begins at 4pm and will be broadcast live on SS Africa 1 (GOtv Channel 63, DStv Channel 207).

Sponsored by GOtv, with support from MultiChoice, Renmoney, ZetaWeb, TheCable and the Lagos State Sports Commission, the festival promises fans a full Boxing Day experience.
