‘I have to make a big decision at the end of the season,’ says Osimhen after scoring twice to win Turkish Cup with Gala

Victor Osimhen says he has a very big decision to make about his future but will not do that until the end of the season after helping Galatasaray win the Turkish Cup

The Nigerian scored twice in the second half to help the Yellow and Red beat Trabzonspor 3-0 in the final of the Turkish and expressed his delight with the feat.

The 26 year old said after the game he has not decided on where he will be playing his football next season after his loan deal expires at the end of the season.

‘I really can’t offend the Galatasaray fans. I have to make a big decision at the end of the season. I want to thank everyone for what I have experienced during this process. I will make my decision at the end of the season,’ said Osimhen who also promised the fans he and his teammates will deliver the Super Lig title.

Galatasaray are leading Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce with eight points with three games to go. They will be declared winner if they beat visiting Kayserispor this weekend` at Rams Park in Istanbul.

‘I would like to congratulate the whole team. We are very happy. We put up a very good fight from start to finish. We also want to thank the fans. They were incredible from start to finish. We were fighting for 3 trophies but we were out of one. We got a trophy. On Sunday we will fight for the League title,’ said the Nigerian after the Cup win.
