Inter Milan table €42m + €3m in bonuses for Lookman

Inter have raised their bid to sign Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman, submitting an improved offer of €42 million plus €3 million in performance-related bonuses, according to reports from Sky Sport Italia and Sport Mediaset.
Negotiators from both clubs met earlier today, with the Nerazzurri following through on a promise to better their original €40 million proposal. Although the revised figure falls short of Atalanta’s €50 million valuation, it signals growing urgency from Inter to land the reigning African Player of the Year.
Lookman, who turns 28 this October, remains under contract with Atalanta until June 2027. He was signed from RB Leipzig in 2022 for €10.85 million plus €1.5 million in bonuses, and the German side is entitled to a portion of any sell-on fee.
It remains to be seen if Atalanta will accept this latest offer or dig in for a larger payout for one of their top assets.
