Inter Vs Atalanta: Lookman returns for 80th game for La Dea

Ademola Lookman is back in Atalanta squad for the Serie A game against Inter Milan on Friday night at the Giuseppe Meazza in Milan.

The Nigerian looked to have resolved the transfer issues he had with the club after he asked to be left out of the opening Serie A game at Leece.

With no visible offer for the 26-year-old despite rumoured link with French Ligue 1 side, PSG and Premier League side, Arsenal, and with the transfer window closing on Friday, reality may have set in for the Nigerian.

The Super Eagle will now focus on helping Atalanta in the Serie A and the UEFA Champions League.

He will start that journey on Friday when he features in his first game of the season for the club, and it will be his 80th since he joined in August 2022.

Lookman has netted 32 times in the 79 appearances he has made so far with 24 coming in 62 Serie A games.

He has scored once and provided an assist in four Serie A games against Inter Milan, but he is yet to win, losing all four.
