The Board of Lobi Stars Football Club says it’s attention has been drawn to reports of unauthorized sales of jerseys purportedly linked to the club.

In a media statement on Saturday, the Board unequivocally denies any knowledge of such activities and expresses shock at the origin and audacity of the individuals behind this.

‘Lobi Stars FC wishes to categorically state that if the club were to engage in the sale of jerseys, such a venture would be meticulously coordinated through its official Marketing Unit, led by Dr. Derek Kakaan, in collaboration with the Media Directorate.

‘This deliberate process ensures authenticity and alignment with the club’s standards and reputation.

‘It is disheartening to note that certain individuals have taken it upon themselves to manufacture and distribute counterfeit jerseys,’ said Lobi Stars in the statement.

The club says the act is not only fraudulent but also a direct affront to the integrity of Lobi Stars FC.

The Board emphasizes that this must stop immediately, warning that those found culpable will face the full weight of the law for impersonation and trademark violations.

Lobi Stars FC further clarifies that all original jerseys of the club are manufactured in partnership with Owu Sportswear, marked by the inclusion of both the club’s insignia and the Owu logo.

The public is strongly advised to disregard the purported sale of any jerseys not bearing these authentic trademarks.

The club assures its fans and supporters that when it is ready to officially release its jerseys for sale, this will be communicated through its official channels.
