Lobi Stars U19 Team Resumes Training Ahead of NPFL Youth Championship Second Phase

The Lobi Stars U19 team has officially resumed training at McCarthy Stadium following a brief break after their triumphant outing at the NPFL Youth Championship playoff held in Abia State.

Head Coach Stephen Waghbo welcomed the players back to camp with a renewed focus on preparation and discipline, emphasizing the importance of hard work and commitment as the team gears up for the second phase of the championship.

‘We’re glad to be back, and our focus is on rebuilding a strong team ahead of the next stage of the competition,’ Coach Waghbo stated.

The training sessions are designed to strengthen the squad both physically and mentally, while also introducing new tactical approaches to meet the demands of the next round. Players underwent intensive drills aimed at sharpening their technical abilities and fostering cohesion within the team.
