Lookman Scrubs Atalanta from Social Media After Inter’s Bid Rejected

Ademola Lookman has taken a decisive step in response to transfer frustrations—removing all mentions of Atalanta from his social media profiles after the club rejected a €45 million bid from Inter Milan.

The Nigerian forward, who has already agreed personal terms with Inter boss Christian Chivu, is reportedly disheartened by Atalanta’s refusal to sanction a deal. Inter’s offer consisted of €42 million plus €3 million in bonuses, but Atalanta made it clear on Friday that they won’t consider anything below €50 million.

Lookman’s social media purge has sparked speculation about rising tensions between player and club. Once prominently featuring his time in Bergamo, his profiles now show no trace of Atalanta—fueling talk that the winger is pushing hard for a move to the San Siro.

With the transfer window still open, all eyes are on whether Inter will raise their bid or if another suitor might step in to meet Atalanta’s asking price.
