Napoli hoping for Premier League offer for Osimhen

Napoli are hoping a Premier League club will come in for Victor Osimhen as no major offers have been received for the Nigerian who has a very high release clause.
According to Corriere del Mezzogiorno, Napoli are waiting for an offer for the Nigerian and are negotiating for a replacement: “In the city, the club is still waiting for an offer for Victor Osimhen.
Or rather, Napoli are waiting for an offer to arrive from the Premier League for Osimhen and above all for Arsenal to do so, the club most likely to focus on the Nigerian striker.”
The Italian news outlet also revealed that “Napoli have chosen Lukaku as an alternative to the Nigerian striker.
The sale of Osimhen will be crucial in financing Napoli’s summer market.
Another Italian news outlet, Il Roma reported the Saudi Arabia interest in the Nigerian but believes Osimhen will wait for offers from the Premier League until July before deciding on his next move.
‘It will take some time. He’s waiting for the Premier League, with his agent having spoken to Arsenal, while Chelsea seem to have slipped away.
‘Paris Saint Germain remains in the background, but they haven’t moved, and obviously the Arab scenarios. This could be the final alternative: with no offers in Europe, it seems certain that Osimhen will see an offer delivered either by Al Hilal or Al Ahli. Last summer he had one worth $40 million a season.’
