Napoli rejects PSG’s €90m offer for Osimhen
According to Corriere dello Sport, PSG have offered around €90m for Victor Osimhen which Napoli has reportedly rejected.
The Nigerian and Napoli are set to part ways, yet, at the moment, the footballer is working with the new Azzurri coach Antonio Conte.
The 25 year old would like to land in the Premier League, but no English club has come close to paying the €130 million clause pending on the former Lille man.
Friday’s edition of Corriere dello Sport writes PSG chief, Al-Khelaifi offered €90 million for Osimhen.
The newspaper says Napoli said no to PSG’s proposal for Osimhen.
‘In his contract until 2026, however, there is a release clause of €130 million, and this means that Napoli are willing to negotiate, but not to go too far below. We’ll see. But something is moving, seriously, waiting for some signal to arrive from the Premier League and for the Arab market to open its doors (Al-Ahli wants Osimhen).
For the moment, however, he is still the Azzurri centre-forward and on Thursday he worked regularly with the team on the municipal field of Carciato,,’ the newspaper wrote.
