NPFL: Bendel Insurance chase first away win to Gombe, face Doma United

Bendel Insurance will be seeking for their first away win of the season in a rescheduled Nigeria Professional Football League game Wednesday
at the Pantami Township Stadium in Gombe where they will face Doma United.

Bendel Insurance have lost the only away game they have played so far this season and it was at the Pantami Township Stadium last month as guest of Gombe
United.

The visitors will be aiming not to allow lightening to strike twice at the same place but will have to give their 100% against a Doma United side that
shocked the more established and experience Gombe United 3-0 at the weekend.

Doma United have won two, drawn one and lost two of the five games they have played so far in the Nigerian topflight and will be seeking to make Bendel
Insurance the second team that will return home empty handed after defeating Bayelsa United 2-1 in their first and, so far, only home game this season in a
matchweek two tie.

If Bendel Insurance win by a goal on Wednesday, they will up to third on the log with 13 points behind Lobi Stars (one point) and Enugu Rangers (on goal difference), relegating Shooting Stars to fourth albeit with 13 points.

Doma United will also move from 15th to ninth if they secure their second home win on Wednesday.
