Osimhen Not in Talks to Buy Istanbulspor, Says Sarıalioğlu, Club President

Reports in Turkey suggested that Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen was preparing to buy Istanbulspor, sparking speculation about a potential takeover.

The rumours quickly gained traction, raising questions about whether the Nigerian forward was set to expand his influence off the pitch.

However, Istanbulspor president Ecmel Faik Sarıalioğlu has moved to dismiss the claims.

Speaking to Turkish news outlet, HT Spor, he made it clear that no approach had been made by Osimhen or his representatives.

‘We have seen the news that Osimhen will buy Istanbulspor, but as the president of the club, nothing has come to us,’ Sarıalioğlu said.
