Osimhen to boycott Napoli training in push for Galatasaray transfer

Victor Osimhen is reportedly refusing to report for Napoli’s pre-season training in a bid to force a permanent move to Galatasaray.
After an electrifying loan season in Turkey—netting 37 goals and providing eight assists—the Nigerian striker is determined to continue with the Istanbul giants.
While Galatasaray have agreed to meet the €75 million release clause, they plan to pay it in instalments. Napoli, however, remain unconvinced by the proposed financial guarantees and want more protection in case of non-payment.
According to Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, the deal has hit a wall due to Napoli’s dissatisfaction with the structure and assurances offered.
Meanwhile, Turkish transfer insider Yagiz Sabuncuoglu revealed that Galatasaray director Abdullah Kavukcu delayed his return from Milan, suggesting talks are taking longer than anticipated.
With tensions rising, Osimhen has issued an ultimatum to Napoli and is pushing hard for a resolution that would see him return to Galatasaray permanently.
