Osimhen’s Galatasaray loan deal expires today, faces Napoli return amid transfer uncertainty

Victor Osimhen’s loan spell with Turkish giants Galatasaray has officially ended as of June 30, leaving the Nigerian striker back on Napoli’s roster—despite his clear reluctance to remain with the Italian side.
Unless a new club agreement is struck soon, Osimhen will be expected to join Napoli’s pre-season training camp, even though he has expressed a strong desire not to wear their jersey again.
Galatasaray, who recently secured Leroy Sané as their marquee signing, remain hopeful of bringing Osimhen back on a free transfer and are pushing for a final decision from the forward by Saturday. Club sources are reportedly optimistic about the chances of a permanent deal.
Meanwhile, Al Hilal have entered the fray with a €75 million offer to Napoli, while Galatasaray aim to negotiate that figure down after reaching personal terms with the Nigerian international.
With preseason on the horizon and interest building from multiple suitors, the coming days could prove decisive for Osimhen’s next chapter—one he hopes will be far from Naples.
