Osimhen’s Recovery Progress Sparks Hope Ahead of Super Lig Title Race
Galatasaray Confirm Nigerian's Return Timed for Fenerbahçe Derby

Galatasaray have announced that star striker Victor Osimhen is nearing a return to action following his injury layoff.
The Nigerian forward, who fractured his arm during the UEFA Champions League round of 16 clash against Liverpool, underwent successful surgery and has now resumed training.
The club confirmed that Osimhen has begun running sessions with a physiotherapist, signalling steady progress in his recovery.
While he will miss the postponed Super League fixture against Göztepe, he is expected to be fit in time for the highly anticipated derby against Fenerbahçe on April 26.
Osimhen’s absence has been keenly felt, with the striker having scored 19 goals and provided seven assists in 29 appearances this season.
His return is seen as a major boost to Galatasaray’s title ambitions, as the team looks to maintain momentum in the championship race.
The news comes as Galatasaray prepare for their clash with Göztepe, where Abdülkerim Bardakcı will also be unavailable due to suspension.
The club’s supporters will be eagerly awaiting Osimhen’s comeback, with hopes that his firepower will make the difference in the decisive stages of the campaign.
