Percassi Plays Down Lookman Exit Amid Fenerbahçe, Napoli Interest

Atalanta president Luca Percassi has cast doubt on the possibility of Ademola Lookman leaving the club this January, despite mounting interest from Fenerbahçe and Napoli.
Lookman, fresh off a standout AFCON 2025 campaign in Morocco where he recorded three goals and four assists, the highest goal contributions of the tournament, has become a hot target in the transfer market.
Reports suggest Fenerbahçe have stepped up their pursuit of the Nigerian forward, with a delegation traveling to Italy to discuss a potential €35 million deal.
The player himself is believed to be open to a move following his return from international duty. Napoli, meanwhile, are said to be considering a loan offer, having tracked Lookman since last summer.
Despite the growing speculation, Percassi has downplayed the chances of an immediate exit.
‘Does Lookman stay until the end of the season? We just want to do well,’ he told dailysports.
