Romano: ‘Osimhen does not want to leave Napoli on loan or lower his salary’
Transfer market expert and journalist, Romano Fabrizio says Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen wants to leave Napoli, but on his own terms: he would not accept a loan or even a salary cut.
Romano posted on his X profile that Osimhen still has plan to leave Napoli.
‘Osimhen has plans to leave but he has no intention of reducing his salary and accepting a direct loan. Chelsea are still interested only in case the conditions of the deal/Osimhen’s position change… while Napoli insists on Lukaku,’ wrote Romano.
Osimhen’s entourage would not accept a loan in another team, a solution not appreciated even by SSC Napoli.
Chelsea would be interested in buying him, but on its terms, but Napoli wants to sell the player outright.
The west London club still believes Napoli’s interest in Romelu Lukaku will play a significant part in the transfer saga.
