Sevilla in ‘advanced talks to sign Akor Adams from Montpellier’
According to football transfer expert and journalist, Fabrizio Romano, LaLiga side, Sevilla are in advanced talks to sign Nigerian striker Akor Adams from Montpellier.
‘Negotiations underway and at final stages to get it done on permanent deal,’ Romano wrote on his X handle.
Akor Adams has played a leading role for Montpellier across the season to date, racking up 15 Ligue 1 appearances, starting 13 of the games.
The 24 year old has managed to contribute to six goals viz three goals and three assists so far this season.
Overall, he has scored 13 times and contributed five assists in 49 appearances since he joined Montpellier HSC in August 2023 from Norwegian second division side, Lillestrøm SK.
