Super Sub Arokodare Delivers Wolves’ Lifeline in Relegation Battle, Nets Third EPL Goal

Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare continued his impressive impact off the bench as Wolverhampton Wanderers fought back from two goals down to earn a 2-2 draw against Brentford in the Premier League.
Arokodare, making his third consecutive substitute appearance, scored his second goal in three games as a sub to secure a vital point for Wolves.
The 25-year-old has now netted three goals in his debut Premier League season, with two of them coming after being introduced from the bench.
His influence has grown steadily in recent weeks. In Wolves’ famous 2-1 victory over Liverpool, Arokodare provided the assist for Adam Armstrong’s winner, underlining his ability to change games even in limited minutes.
This season, the Nigerian forward has featured 27 times in the league, starting 12 matches and coming on as a substitute in 15.
