Tomori: Osimhen and Lookman My Biggest Nightmares

AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori has admitted that Nigeria internationals Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman are among the most difficult forwards he has faced in his career.

Speaking to fcinter1908, the England international described Osimhen as “a force of nature” who never stops running, while highlighting Lookman’s pace and ball control as a constant challenge for defenders.

‘Lookman is also incredibly difficult to mark—he’s very quick and moves the ball with impressive speed,’ Tomori said.

Osimhen left Serie A in 2024, joining Galatasaray on loan before making the move permanent in 2025, while Lookman departed Atalanta for Atlético Madrid earlier this year.

Despite their exits, Tomori recalled the difficulties of playing against both strikers, even joking that if Lookman had joined Inter, ‘we wouldn’t be friends anymore.’

His comments underline the impact the Super Eagles duo made in Italy, with their unpredictable styles leaving lasting impressions on defenders across the league.
