University of Ibadan to honour FIFA/CAF Instructor, Asagba

All roads lead to the University of Ibadan tomorrow as former FIFA referee and CAF Instructor , Professor Babatunde Asagba is sent forth from the citadel of learning.

The Department of Human Kinetics of the varsity is honouring Professor Asagba who will be taking a bow amid pomp and ceremony.

The day’s programme schedule starts with an Exhibition match at the varsity’s New Stadium from 9am while a book presentation and launch follows same day at the Faculty of Education, Large Lecture Theatre (LLT from 1pm.

Professor Asagba was born in Owo, Ondo State on December 17th, 1953 and he is bowing less than two months to his 70th birthday.
