Kanu lauds Dikko’s vision, promises support from ex-Nigeria internationals

Nigerian football legend Kanu Nwankwo has praised National Sports Commission chairman, Shehu Dikko’s leadership and assured him of support from former Super Eagles players.

‘We’re congratulating you, Dikko, and Nigerians are happy with your appointment. We’re confident we’ll see progress.

‘A sports legend who cannot give back to the nation or society cannot be called a true legend,’ Kanu said.

‘On behalf of Super Eagles legends, I assure you of our 150% support for your vision. We want to build on the progress we’ve made,’ Kanu said when he paid a courtesy visit to Dikko following his appointment as chairman of the NSC..
