Onuachu’s Double Delivers Cup Glory for Trabzonspor

Trabzonspor has claimed the 64th Ziraat Turkish Cup after defeating TÜMOSAN Konyaspor 2-1 in a dramatic final at Corendon Airlines Park Antalya Stadium.

The victory came courtesy of a brilliant double from Paul Onuachu, who proved decisive in securing the trophy for the Black Sea side.

The match began with interruptions as flares thrown onto the pitch caused a temporary halt. Once play resumed, Trabzonspor quickly took control.

In the 17th minute, Onuachu latched onto Pina’s cross from the right and fired home to give his team the lead. Konyaspor responded with determination, and Muleka equalized in the 50th minute after a scrappy effort inside the box.

Konyaspor nearly turned the tide when Enis Bardhi struck the post from the penalty spot in the 58th minute. Trabzonspor weathered the storm and, in the 79th minute, Onuachu converted a penalty to restore the lead and seal the victory.
