Galatasaray Insists Osimhen Will Stay Unless Record-Breaking Offer Arrives

Galatasaray president Dursun Özbek has made clear his determination to keep Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen at Rams Park, despite mounting transfer speculation linking the Super Eagles star with several European giants.

Turkish football pundit Nevzat Dindar disclosed details of his conversation with Özbek, revealing that the club will not entertain offers below €150 million should Osimhen request a move.

Speaking to Milliyet, Dindar explained: ‘I spoke with the president in Kemerburgaz. He absolutely does not intend to sell Osimhen. There are offers worth €120 million through intermediaries, but they are not concrete.

‘The priority is for Osimhen to stay with the team. But if Osimhen wants to leave, Galatasaray will not accept an offer below €150 million. Osimhen also has no intention of leaving.’

Osimhen, 27, enjoyed a stellar 2025/26 campaign following his permanent move to Galatasaray, scoring 22 goals and providing eight assists in 32 appearances across all competitions.

His performances were instrumental in helping the Turkish champions retain the Super Lig title, while also attracting interest from clubs including FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Atlético de Madrid.

The comments from Özbek will reassure Galatasaray supporters, who are eager to see the club build on its domestic success and mount a serious challenge in Europe next season.
