Galatasaray Renew Pursuit of Onyedika as Club Brugge Set €15m Threshold

Defending Turkish champions Galatasaray have reignited their interest in Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika, with reports from the African press claiming the player is once again high on the club’s transfer agenda.

According to Africafoot, Galatasaray have identified the 25-year-old Club Brugge star as one of their key targets as they prepare for next season’s Champions League campaign.

The Istanbul giants are said to have made initial contact with Onyedika’s representatives to present their sporting project and salary conditions.

Club Brugge, however, have set clear terms: they will not consider offers below €15 million. While the Belgian side are not actively seeking to sell, they remain open to negotiations should a bid exceed that figure.

Onyedika, who is under contract until 2027, played 42 matches last season, contributing three goals and two assists. His current market value is estimated at €23 million.

Galatasaray’s renewed push comes as they aim to strengthen their midfield rotation and remain competitive on all fronts.

The Nigerian international has long been admired by the club, and his performances in Belgium have also attracted interest from clubs in England and Germany.
