Trabzonspor to Fulham: Nwaiwu For Sale From €30m

Trabzonspor have rejected Fulham’s latest bid for Nigeria defender Chibuike Nwaiwu, insisting they will only consider offers in the €30-35 million range.

According to Turkish outlet Fanatik, Fulham’s improved proposal, worth €28 million including add-ons, followed an earlier €20 million bid that was also turned down.

The Super Lig club remain firm on their valuation, signaling they are unwilling to part with the player for less.

Nwaiwu joined Trabzonspor from Wolfsberger AC in January and quickly established himself as a key figure. His performances helped the team secure third place in the Turkish Super Lig, qualify for the UEFA Europa League, and lift the Turkish Cup.

The 22-year-old’s rise has attracted interest beyond Fulham, with West Ham United, SSC Napoli, Bayer Leverkusen, and Leeds United also monitoring his situation.
