NFF Elections: Sale of Forms Begins Saturday
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Electoral Committee has released the roadmap for the 2026 NFF Executive Committee elections, with the sale of nomination forms scheduled to begin on Saturday, August 1, ahead of the elections slated for September 27 in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
According to the timetable, candidates will have until August 12 to submit their completed forms, while notification of any irregularities in submitted documents will take place between August 13 and 19.
Candidates will have August 20-27 to regularise their documents, with screening scheduled for August 27-30.
The list of cleared candidates will be published on August 31, while disqualified candidates can appeal between September 1 and 3.
Appeals will be determined between September 4 and 10, with the final list of cleared candidates expected on September 11-12.
The delegates’ list will be published on September 13, after which cleared candidates will be permitted to campaign from September 14 to 24.
The election is scheduled for September 27 in Lafia, while the deadline for submitting election petitions is September 30.
