Ahmed Musa, Ndidi, Ojetoye, 17 others in Super Eagles camp for Unity Cup

ASuper Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa and Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi top the list of 20 players that have arrived the Super Eagles camp for this week’s Unity Cup at Brentford, England.

Musa and Ndidi missed their respective club, Kano Pillars and Leicester City’s final game of the 2025 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, and the English Premier League.

Also in camp is Sevilla player, Kelechi Iheanacho who played on loan in the second half of the season at Sky Bet Championship side, Middlesbrough, Semi Ajayi who has been freed to become a free agent by West Brom, Frank Onyeka who finished his loan deal at German side, Augsburg and free-scoring Rangers forward, Cyriel Dessers.

Ikorodu City’s Waliu Ojetoye leads a couple of home-based Eagles into the team’s nest in London. Others are Sikiru Alimi, Junior Nduka, Sadiq Ismaila, Papa Mustapha, Saviour Isaac, Collins Ogwueze, Abubakar Adamau and Ifeanyi Onyebuchi

The Unity Cup Invitational Tournament involving Nigeria, Jamaica, Ghana and Trinidad and Tobago will be held at the 17,250-capacity Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford, West London in the last days of May 2025.

The Super Eagles will open their campaign against the Black Stars of Ghana on Wednesday May 28.
